But don’t worry, our coaches will come to your gym and show you how to use the machines and free weights correctly. Not only that, they will provide you with a workout plan which you can follow by your own.
In this session, you will get:
1- Explanation on the existing machines at your gym (machines usage and target muscles).
2- The right way of doing any exercise.
3- Workout plan which you can follow by your own.
4- Access to our unique fitness app where you can monitor your fitness progress.
5- Diet plan recommended for you according to your fitness level and goals.
